Professional fees depend on the visa stream and the complexity of your case, and are quoted as a fixed amount in writing before you engage us. Government and third-party costs — visa application charges, skills assessments, English tests, medicals and police clearances — are paid directly by you to those bodies and are itemised in your quote so you can see the full picture from day one.
It varies enormously by stream. Visitor visas are usually decided in two to eight weeks. Student visas take two to four months including admissions. Employer-sponsored work visas run four to twelve weeks once the sponsor is approved. Skilled permanent residence realistically takes twelve to twenty-four months end to end. You will receive a stage-by-stage timeline specific to your case before any work begins.
Yes, and refusal cases are a significant part of our work. A previous refusal must always be disclosed — concealing it is a far more serious problem than the refusal itself. We obtain the refusal grounds, determine whether the issue was documentary, financial or credibility-related, and build the new application to answer that specific concern directly.
In almost every case, yes. Partners and dependent children are included as secondary applicants on the same application for skilled, work, study and business visas. They generally receive work or study rights, and children can usually access public schooling. For skilled migration, a partner with a positive skills assessment can also add points to your score.
